This project is to provide all management, supervision, labour, services, scheduling, reporting, construction equipment, testing equipment & crew, tools, expendable and permanent materials (except for those materials to be supplied by Saudi Aramco as provided in Schedule "G" and as listed in the project material take-offs), storage facilities, temporary facilities, utilities, catering and accommodations, transportation of personnel and equipment, hauling, loading, unloading, receiving and handling of material, fabrication, maintenance, erection and assistance for commissioning to provide complete and fully operational FACILITIES in accordance with Saudi Aramco Standards, Project Specifications, and associated drawings.
Scope of work shall include but not limited to construction of pipelines, valves, stations, electrical, instrumentation, civil/structure, communication, for the following pipelines:
1. 36" Pipeline in North Loop
2. 24" Pipeline in North Loop
3. 24" Pipeline in West Loop towards HADEED
4. 24" Pipeline in West Loop towards Al-Razi
5. 20" Pipeline in East Loop
6. 20" Lateral loop pipeline to SAFCO 3 & 4
7. 10" Pipeline relocation near Kemya
8. 24" Isolation Valve
9. IBN SINA FCV installation

This project is on the rundown lines shall include the following:

Installation of new 12" piping and valves at each of the 91 Octane gasoline tanks.
Installation of new 24" piping of the 91 Octane Gasoline Header and modifications to the Rundown Lines between Dhahran Tank Farm and Dhahran Bulk Plant.
Removal/Demolition of the piping and valves made redundant by the installation of the new 12" and 24" piping installed for the rundown lines.
Removal/Demolition of the 20" piping between Abqaiq DR-1 Junction and Abqaiq GOSP-5.
Installation of a Surge Relief Skid across MOV-1014 on the DR-1 Pipeline (4.1 KM from Dhahran Bulk Plant).

Scope of work shall furnish all catering, accommodations, test equipment, tools, equipment, labor, supervision, technical and professional services, materials, start-up spare parts for Contractor supplied furnished materials and materials supplied by Saudi Aramco necessary to:
Construction foundation for the pump, motor, lube & sea oil skid, and necessary pipe supports
Install a water injection pump unit including; motor, pump, lube & seal oil skid, and associated fin fan coolers on new foundations.
Install all interconnection piping between the pump skid and lube & seal oil skid.
Install a new Process Automation System (PAS), which includes; Distributed Control System (DCS), Emergency Shutdown System (ESD), Vibration Monitoring System (VMS), Plant Information System (PI), operator and engineering workstations, printers, field instrumentation, field cables, interconnection cables, power cables, and junction boxes.
Construct a new local control building, which includes:
Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) with batteries

Fire Alarm Control System

Split air conditioning unit

Lighting and 120 VAC power wiring

Ground System
Expand the existing electrical system, including:
Modify the existing 13.2 kV switchgear in the existing switchgear building.
Install motor starter buckets in existing Motor Control Center (MCC).
Install all required instrumentation and power cables.
Install remote operator workstations at Haradh GOSP-1, including all data and electrical connections.
Perform all testing and Pre-commissioning WORK.

To furnish all facilities, tools, labour, supervision, technical and professional services, material, equipment, supplies and articles (except those items that may be supplied by Saudi Aramco) and shall perform all operations and incidentals required to totally procure, deliver, install, construct and test the FACILITIES. The facilities constitute upgrading the Dhahran-Riyadh-1 pipeline (DR-1).
The work includes but is not limited to the procurement, construction, installation, pre-commissioning, testing, commissioning and start-up assistance of the following:
a. Pipeline Facilities – installation of two (2) twenty inch (20") pipelines from Abqaiq Junction to the new pump station at Abqaiq GOSP-5 (approx. 3 km long each) and tie-in back to the DR-1 pipeline before Abqaiq-Al-Hasa-1 pipeline (AH-1) branch.
b. Plant Facilities
1) Installation of new pump station located inside Abqaiq GOSP-5 which involves two (2) shipping pumps.
2) Installation of a new 3,150 barrels firewater tank at Abqaiq GOSP-5, to upgrade firewater system and piping.
3) Installation of new (third) booster pump at Dhahran Bulk Plant Shipping Facilities in parallel to the two (2) existing booster pumps.
4) In-plant piping WORK at DHBP to connect the new (third) booster pump in parallel to the existing two booster pumps.
These plant facilities include, but are not limited to, Infrastructure, Electrical, Instrumentation, Control System, Cathodic Protection and Fire Detection/Protection Systems |

To furnish all facilities, tools, labour, supervision, technical and professional services, material, equipment, supplies and consumables (except those items to be supplied by Saudi Aramco, if any, as specified in Schedule “G") and shall perform all operations and incidentals required to totally design, engineer, procure, construct, construct, conduct the final testing, inspection, checkout and provide start-up and commissioning assistance for the FACILITIES as described in Schedule “B", Job Specification and SAUDI ARAMCO provided Preliminary Design Package.
Scope of work includes the following but not limited to:
1) Install two (2) new tanks of 30,000 BBL each size 72 ft. Ø x 48 ft.
2) Install one (1) new asphalt loading pump
3) Install a new switchrack power supply at substation 101
4) Install one (1) new online viscosity analyzer
5) Install one (1) new control valve
6) Replacing existing orifice plate with new non-invasive flow meter in rundown line.
7) Replace existing PCV-262 control valve in the paving asphalt rundown line with larger size valve.
8) Install ESD System at PIB 48, connect new tanks to the existing plant 48 DCS system
9) Replace 3" steam line with 6" piping to heat exchangers
10) The piping work shall include the following:
a) Upgrade the jumpover piping between roofing rundown & paving asphalt rundown.
b) Upsize the existing tanks (TK-201, 203, 204) pump suction and fill/return piping.
c) Modify inlet/outlet piping of new tanks (TK-210, 211) and its connection to the existing suction manifold of four (4) loading pumps including new pump.
d) Modify the discharge manifold piping of loading pumps.
e) Convert existing cutback asphalt loading arms to paving asphalt service through piping modifications.
f) Add bypass loops in the loading area paving asphalt supply and return line to accommodate the additional flow rate.
g) Provide steam heating piping to new tanks (TK-210, 211) and steam condensate line from the tanks.
h) Provide Diesel Wash Oil piping to the new tanks (TK-210, 211).
i) Provide Firewater Systems & associated piping. |
