MSC is an ISO 9001:2000 certified company by internationally renowned certification agency TUV Nord, Germany. MSC has implemented its Quality Management System complying with ISO 9001:2000 in all its functions and departments.
MSC personnel are well aware of the requirements of ISO 9001:2000 in their respective jobs and responsibilities. MSC Management has appointed the corporate QA/QC Manager as Quality management Representative and he will be responsible to conduct periodic audits to evaluate the effectiveness of the Quality Management System.
Certified and Qualified auditors are performing internal audits and issue NCRs (Non Conformance Reports) to the departments who are not complying with the requirements. TUV also performs yearly surveillance audits to ensure that the Quality Management System is effectively implemented & maintained.
